What is the cost for this Virtual Package?

Monthly Subscription

$295 Initial Fee which includes the cost of all exams, 1 IC Glow Pad and your first month.   $149 per month on auto pay until cancelled.

Yearly Subscription

$1500 Per year which includes cost for all exams and 1 IC  Glow Pad.

How does the Urine Analysis work virtually?

You will receive a kit in the mail with a urine cup, vials and clear instructions.  Simply follow the instructions and return to a fedex drop off (Most Walgreens now have fedex drop off centers) on Monday before the last pick up time.   Urine will be analyzed at our office and results will be delivered to you during your report of findings or the next virtual visit.

What if I need more support?

As long as you keep your package you have access to one on one support for simple questions via our doctor chat function and via email.   We also have a community forum  where you can post and ask questions or share experiences with other users.

Your package allows you 1 virtual doctor's visit per month, however if you should need to make any additional virtual visits you receive a 50 percent discount on those visits.

Is the exam safe and will I feel anything?

AcuGraph uses a tiny electric current to test the conductivity of each of your acupuncture meridians. This electrical current is extremely safe for infants, children, adults and the elderly alike. In fact, the only safety concern at all is when there is a pacemaker or other implanted medical device present. In that case, the AcuGraph exam is not performed. The tip of the probe will be moist, so you will feel the moisture where the probe touches your skin. But it’s very unlikely you’ll feel the electric current. It’s far too small to be felt in most cases.
